Delivery and Unloading Instructions
- Pre-Event Delivery Schedule: Stands and equipment may be delivered to STEAM on Wednesday 16th October between 08:00 and 18:00.
- Access: Vehicle entry to STEAM requires a password. If you require vehicle entry, please request the password by email to dts@centerprise.co.uk. The password will be available from 8th October.
- Unloading: Upon arrival, report to the Exhibitor Check-In Desk. Our team will direct you to the appropriate unloading area. Use of the loading bay will be coordinated to ensure a smooth flow.
Stand Construction Guidelines
- Construction Times: Stand construction can commence once all materials have been delivered and must be completed by the end of the setup day at 18:00.
- Approved Contractors: If you are using external contractors for stand construction, ensure they are fully briefed on the venue’s rules and regulations. All contractors must wear visible identification and safety gear while on site.
- Design and Safety Compliance: Ensure your stand design complies with all venue and event safety guidelines. This includes fire safety regulations, maximum height restrictions, and electrical installation standards.
Stand Breakdown and Removal
- Breakdown Schedule: Stand breakdown should not begin until the official closing time of the event. Breaking down your stand early can disrupt the event experience for attendees and other exhibitors.
- Waste Disposal: Remove all waste and debris from your stand area. The venue provides designated waste disposal areas. Segregate recyclable materials according to the provided guidelines to support the event’s sustainability efforts.
- Material Removal: All materials must be packed and ready for removal within the specified dismantling window. Late removals may incur additional charges as per venue policies.
Additional Tips
- Insurance: Ensure that your materials, stand, and personnel are insured against theft, damage, and liability.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarise yourself with the venue’s emergency exits and procedures to ensure safety during the event.
- Staff Briefing: Brief all staff members on these procedures, the overall event schedule, and the standards of conduct expected during the show.
